An arrest is the act of taking an individual into custody due to them being suspected of or being observed committing a crime.
In 2362, Thurston Reed was arrested after he was involved in the death during a drug deal and was later convicted of manslaughter and sent to the Seleste Augusta Prison.[1]
Federation Security agents Marjol Rin'an and Pedra Dyclin were arrested by Koorura Security after they were found at the scene of a crime when they were instead preventing two men from potentially murdering their spouses. They were later released after their identities were confirmed and they were interviewed.[2]
The two men that attacked their spouses were also arrested and were detained in holding cells awaiting further legal repercussions of their actions.[2]
