Gelnon

Gelnon briefing Jem'Hadar under his command.

Gelnon was a Vorta commander that served in the Alpha Quadrant during the Dominion War.

A Jem'Hadar attack ship under his command managed to sneak up on the Template:Uss, disable the vessel, board and capture the ship. Gelnon left the Defiant under the command of the Jem'Hadar Kudak'Etan while he proceeded with his main objective to raid the planet Coridan. (DS9: "One Little Ship")

Commanding a fleet Gelnon was able to break through a weak point in the Federation's lines in the Benthara system to launch an attack on Coridan. Genlon's orders were simply to cause as much damage as possible to hamper the supply of dilithium from the important world. Gelnon succeeded in his mission and bombarded the planet's surface before retreating his forces back to Dominion territory. (The Dominion War Sourcebook)

Alternate realities

In an alternate universe where the Dominion won the Dominion War, Gelnon was assigned as the Dominion's representative to Bajor and was stationed on Gateway Station.

Gelnon joined Weyoun to confront a Kosst Amojan possessed Dukat on the station's promenade. Gelnon was killed when Weyoun pushed him into the path of an telekinetic attack by Dukat.

Several days after that incident a new clone of Gelnon was active and took part in the investigation on Bajor around the disappearance of the Bajorans and that of the Bajoran wormhole. Spectrum: "The Final Prophecy"
