Koorura was a Federation planetary colony located in either the Alpha or Beta Quadrants.[1]
During the 24th century it was considered a small and out of the way colony. The colony had public replicators and a landing field.[1]
Security and law enforcement was handled by Koorura Security.[1]
Federation Secuirty Agents Marjol Rin'an and Pedra Dyclin covertly went to Koorura to retrieve King Poi's flute. They successfully did so and prevented two residents from commiting murdering their spouses. They were briefly detained by Security before being released and allowed to leave.[1]
