Qo'noS is a class M planet located in the Klingon system. It was the homeworld of the Klingon species and capital of the Klingon Empire.
In the 14th century the planet was occupied by the Hur'q.[1]
In early-2373, Chancellor Gowron moved the Klingon Defence Force headquarters from Qo'noS to Ty'Gokor.[2]
