Emblem of United Earth
United Earth was the political entity that governed over Earth. Formed during the 22nd century it governed over all of human space before becoming a subdivision under the United Federation of Planets in 2161.

United Earth was a parliamentary democracy headed by a prime minister.
United Earth had several different agencies, such as Earth Starfleet, Military Assault Command Operations and the United Earth Diplomatic Corps.
History[]
In 2150, the last holdouts on Earth joined United Earth.[1]
During the 2150s, United Earth's influence greatly expanded through the development of the warp 5 engine. It fostered greater relations with its neighbours to the point where it entered into an alliance with several species, such as the Andorians, Vulcans, and Tellarites, to form the Coalition of Planets.[2]
From 2156 to 2160, United Earth fought against the Romulan Star Empire during the Earth-Romulan War.[3]
IN 2161, United Earth was one of the founding members of the United Federation of Planets.
